Can I cancel or edit my order?
Orders move into fulfillment quickly. Email us at Git2luck@gmail.com as soon as possible — if your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we can cancel or change it and refund you in full. Once an order has entered fulfillment it cannot be modified or cancelled, but you can return it after delivery. Please double-check your shipping details, items, sizes, and quantities before purchasing.
Start a return

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unused items in their original box, with all accessories and tags. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Full policy on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Which size should I get?
Most pairs run true to size. Sizes are shown in U.S. sizing on each product page. Pairs marked “GS” are Grade School (kids’) sizes — please order accordingly. If you’re between sizes or unsure about a specific pair, email us your usual size and the pair you want and we’ll point you right.
Track order
Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Orders are processed in 2–4 business days, and delivery within the United States typically takes 7–14 business days. If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Report an issue
Damaged, defective, or wrong item — or your order never arrived? Email Git2luck@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if the item is damaged). We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and if a return is needed for a damaged or wrong item, the return shipping is on us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship internationally as well as within the United States. International shipping is a flat $25, and delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes charged by their country.
